The keeping and raising of bees shall be allowed in all areas of the town subject to the limitations placed thereon by the following divisions of this section.
(A) No more than five hives, each with only one swarm, shall be kept on lots less than 10,000 square feet. For each 2,500 square feet of lot area in excess of 10,000 square feet, one additional hive may be kept. Each hive shall only have one swarm.
(B) Hives shall not be located within 25 feet of any property line.
