(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to sound any horn or signal device on any automobile, motorcycle, bus or other vehicle operated on any street in the town, except as a danger signal, and the sounding of such horn or signal device for any period of time longer than is necessary for a danger signal is hereby prohibited.
(B) It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle on any street in the town unless said motor vehicle discharges its exhaust into the open air, through a muffler or other device, which will effectively prevent loud or explosive noises therefrom.
