§ 70.03  DRIVING THROUGH FILLING STATIONS TO AVOID REGULATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any driver of a motor vehicle to cut across the sidewalk and/or through the driveway of any gasoline service station to avoid a traffic signal and it shall be unlawful for the driver of any motor vehicle to operate the same at a street intersection where authorized signs are erected indicating that no right or left or U turn is permitted by driving the same across the sidewalk and/or through the driveway of a gasoline filling station or other property to avoid such signs; provided, however, that this provision shall not apply to the driver of any motor vehicle in driving the same into the premises of any gasoline service station for the purpose of purchasing gasoline or other automotive supplies.
