SCHEDULE I: STREET CLEANING ROUTE.
   (A)   There are established street cleaning routes in the city upon the following streets and portions of streets:

From 4th Avenue to South Boulevard
 
   (B)   These streets shall be designated by appropriate signs and shall be cleared between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. for the purpose of street cleaning. It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand, park, or leave unattended any motor vehicle upon these streets during these designated hours.
   (C)   Any vehicle in violation of this section shall be declared a public nuisance and may be removed as provided in § 150.45.
