§ 70.16 DIAGONAL PARKING.
   Diagonal parking is allowed on Main Street between 4th Avenue to 7th Avenue, on Glenn Street between 5th Avenue and 6th Avenue, and on the south side of 6th Avenue between Norris Street and Glenn Street as marked. Only parallel parking will be allowed on streets located in the residential areas and side streets of the downtown and commercial area as marked.
