§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any violation of this chapter or any subdivision thereof is declared to be contrary to the public welfare and is declared to be a public nuisance.

   (B)   Any person who is caught recycling at the rubble site without following the proper procedure, as stated in § 51.04, will be fined up to $100 and will be required to file the release agreement with the City Finance Office.

    (C)   The unlawful usage of other dumpsters, according to § 51.05, shall be punishable under § 10.99 and/or state law.
