§ 50.02 WORK PROVIDED BY CITY PERSONNEL.
   The City Public Works Department may provide certain services to the citizens and businesses of the city if said services are not provided by anyone within a 50-mile radius of the city. These services are limited to street sweeping, sewer cleaning, and sanding parking lots. These rates shall be set by resolution.
