§ 153.40 AUTHORITY AND APPLICATION.

(A) The town, a municipal corporation of the state, hereby adopts and approves the following airport rules and regulations for the operation and use of the Wallace-Pender Airport (Henderson Field) located in Pender County.

(B) The airport is owned and operated by the town.

(C) Administration and enforcement of the terms of the rules and regulations shall be delegated at the discretion of the town.
