§ 151.04 SPACING AND DISTANCE.
   (A)   Spacing. The spacing of trees will be in accordance with the tree species size classes listed in § 151.03 of this chapter, and no trees may be planted closer together than the following: small trees, 15 feet; medium trees, 25 feet; and large trees, 35 feet; except in special plantings designed or approved by a certified arborist or landscape architect.

   (B)   Distance from curb and sidewalk. The distance trees may be planted from curbs or curb lines and sidewalks will be in accordance with the three species size classes listed in § 151.03 of this chapter, and no trees may be planted closer to any curb or sidewalk than two feet for small trees and three feet for medium or large trees.

   (C)   Distance from street corners and fire hydrants. No street tree shall be planted within 35 feet of any corner, measured from the point of nearest intersecting curbs or curb lines. No street tree shall be planted within ten feet of any fire hydrant.
