§ 150.03 GARBAGE AND REFUSE ON STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful to clean fish, chickens or any other fowl or animals and throw or leave offal therefrom on any street, sidewalk or vacant lot within the corporate limits of the town.
      (2)   All garbage, bones, meat scraps, offal, feathers, produce and other waste matter that attract and encourage rodent, fly and mosquito breeding shall be collected and stored in standard metal garbage cans with covers pending collection by the town. The garbage cans must not exceed a 35-gallon capacity. Each establishment or dwelling shall provide an adequate number of containers of sufficient size to provide for their own needs.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to dump paper, trash, refuse or filth of any kind on any sidewalk, street, alley or vacant lot.
