§ 130.03 OBSCENITY; VANDALISM.

   It shall be unlawful:

   (A)   Do an obscene act in any public place;

   (B)   Write obscene language or make obscene marks or drawings on any fence or wall in any public place; and/or

   (C)   Cut or disfigure the street, walls or fences.
