§ 117.03 OPERATING RULES.
   (A)   Video poker is prohibited.
   (B)   The permit holder is responsible to prohibit any loitering in the parking or other outdoor areas.
   (C)   No outdoor music after 11:00 p.m. is permitted and must comply with §§ 92.35 through 92.38 of this code of ordinances.
   (D)   All special promotional events must be reported to the Police Department seven days prior the event.
