§ 30.41 TIME OF ELECTIONS.
   The elective officers of the town shall consist of a Mayor and five Council members, who shall be elected by the popular vote of the people. This election shall be held on Tuesday after the first Monday in November, every two or four years, as provided in Charter Art. III and G.S. § 163-279.
