§ 115.05 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   At any time after the issuance of a permit to any person to drive a taxicab, the Council may revoke the permit if the person holding the permit is convicted of:
   (A)   A felony;
   (B)   A violation of any federal or state statute relating to the use, possession or sale of intoxicating liquors;
   (C)   A violation of any federal or state statute relating to the use, possession or sale of narcotic drugs;
   (D)   Repeated violations of traffic laws or ordinances;
   (E)   A violation of any state or federal statute relating to prostitution; or
   (F)   Becomes a habitual user of intoxicating liquors or narcotic drugs.
