§ 30.21 MOTIONS HAVING PRECEDENCE; MOTIONS RECONSIDERED.
   (A)   Motions having precedence.
      (1)   When a question is under debate, no motion shall be received but to:
         (a)   Adjourn;
         (b)   Lie on the table;
         (c)   For the previous question;
         (d)   Postpone to a day certain;
         (e)   Commit;
         (f)   Amend; and
         (g)   Postpone indefinitely.
      (2)   The above motions shall have precedence in the order in which they are here arranged.

   (B)   Motions to be reconsidered. A motion to reconsider shall not be entertained unless it is made by a Council member who voted with the majority. A motion shall be made at the same or next succeeding meeting.
