§ 110.42 LICENSE MUST BE OBTAINED TO CONDUCT SALE.
   Upon compliance with the provisions of the foregoing section, the person advertising the stock of merchandise as bankrupt stock and offering it for sale as such shall apply for and obtain license from the proper authorities of the town for the privilege of conducting the sale and shall pay a license tax therefor of $25 per day for the first week of the sale and $50 per day for each and every other day during the continuance of the sale.
