§ 30.18 PARLIAMENTARY RULES.
   (A)   The Rules of Procedure for the Town Council adopted 8-10-2017 and amended 12-14- 2023 shall be the recognized exponent of parliamentary law.
   (B)   The Mayor, as presiding officer, shall enforce these parliamentary rules as far as they are applicable to the Council and so far as they do not conflict with the rules adopted.
