(A) The schedule of fees for permitting and other associated fees for special events in addition to those set out herein shall be approved by the Town Council.
(B) If other fees for services are required, they must be paid by certified funds, prior to the event. These fees may include standby service fees as determined by the town. If the event is canceled and the town is provided 24 hours’ notice, the fees for standby service will be refunded.
(C) There may be other fire inspection, health and facility usage permits/fees that may be charged. All permits pertaining to any special event must be obtained prior to the event and copies must be submitted to Planning Department (for example, NCDOT and ABC permit).
