§ 94.99 PENALTY.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $50, or imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, in the discretion of the Court, as provided by G.S. § 14-4.
