§ 30.15 REGULAR AND SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   (A)   The Mayor and Council shall meet at the Council Chamber at such time as may be fixed by them.
   (B)   Special meetings of the Council may be called by the Mayor at the request of two members or whenever, in his or her discretion, the exigencies of the case may require it.
