§ 92.21 MINIMUM COSTS.
   (A)   When mowing a lot in order to abate the public nuisance, the minimum charges shall be as written in the adopted annual budget ordinance.
   (B)   In the event abatement of the public nuisance is accomplished through the town, but not by town employees, the actual cost to the town shall be the charge. The actual cost shall be the pro rata share of the cost for all lots mowed through non-town employees in a single contractual arrangement based upon area.
   (C)   In addition to the charges set forth in this section for mowing a lot in order to abate the public nuisance, an administrative fee per lot in the amount written in the adopted annual budget ordinance will be charged whenever the abatement of the public nuisance is accomplished through the town at the request of the person ordered to abate the nuisance and an administrative fee per lot in the amount written in the adopted annual budget ordinance will be charged whenever the abatement of the public nuisance is accomplished through the town after the person ordered to abate the nuisance fails to do so.
