§ 30.01 MAYOR; MAYOR PRO TEMPORE.
   (A)   Mayor.
      (1)   The Mayor shall be chief political officer of the town.
      (2)   It shall be the duty of the Mayor to:
         (a)   Keep informed as to the town’s business;
         (b)   Preside over the meetings of the governing body;
         (c)   Sign documents on behalf of the town; and
         (d)   To vote to break ties (when necessary).
