§ 92.17 DUTY OF OWNER, LESSEE TO CUT OR REMOVE.
   (A)   Duty of owner, lessee and the like to cut and remove. It shall be the duty of any owner, lessee or occupant of any lot or land to cut and remove or cause to be cut and removed all weeds, grass or other rank, poisonous or harmful vegetation as often as may be necessary to comply with the provisions of the preceding sections; provided that, cutting and removing such weeds, grass and vegetation at least once every three weeks shall be in compliance with this section.
   (B)   Failure to cut or remove. If the provisions of division (A) above are not complied with or whenever a petition is filed with the Planning Director by a public authority or by at least five residents of the town charging that any lot or lots meet the provisions of § 92.16 of this chapter, the Planning Director shall cause an investigation to be made to determine whether, in fact, such conditions exist on said property as to constitute a public nuisance as declared in § 92.16 of this chapter.
