§ 91.04 INSPECTION FEE AND FINE SCHEDULE.

   The following fee and fine schedule be established.

   (A)   Inspection fee. First inspection: $50.

   (B)   Fines.

      (1)   Second inspection, if violations have been corrected: no charge;

      (2)   Second inspection, if violations have not been corrected: $75 per violation; and

      (3)   Third and subsequent inspections: $100 per violation.
