§ 70.04 SPEED LIMITS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation operating a motor vehicle in the town to drive in excess of 20 mph in a business district or in excess of 25 mph on any other street in town which is not part of the state highway system or in excess of any of the speed limits set forth in Chapter 74, Schedule I, of this traffic code.
   (B)   Speed limits set pursuant to this section shall be effective when appropriate signs giving notice thereof are erected upon the part of the streets affected.
