§ 51.29 WATER LINE EXTENSIONS.
   (A)   Water line extension. All water lines shall be a minimum of six inches inside or outside the corporate limits of the town.
   (B)   Inside corporate limits.
      (1)   The town shall bear the total cost of installing water and sewer line to street right-of-way line.
      (2)   An exception to this is that, within government or private housing projects, the cost to the owner shall be established by the Council at the time application for the service is made.
   (C)   Outside corporate limits. The owner, developer or applicant shall pay the entire cost of materials, labor and such, of installing water lines.
   (D)   Mobile homes and trailers. The policy is the same as other users inside or outside the corporate limits.
   (E)   Inside corporate limits. The town will bear all cost in running water lines to the property line of applicant.
   (F)   Outside corporate limits.
      (1)   The town will install and bear cost of materials to corporate limits line only.
      (2)   Materials and labor cost beyond corporate limits line shall be borne by the applicant.
   (G)   Town property. Any and all water lines running beyond the corporate limits line shall become the property of the town, except where lines are on private property or are not accompanied by an easement.
