§ 72.06 UNLAWFUL ACTS DESIGNATED.
   It is unlawful and a violation of the provisions of this chapter for any person:
   (A)   Park overtime. To cause or permit any vehicle to be parked overtime or beyond the period of legal parking time established in this chapter, unless such person has previously obtained and has in effect a valid parking permit as issued by the Chief of Police upon compliance with requirements established by resolution of the City Council;
   (B)   Park across markings. To park any vehicle across any line or marking of a parking space or in such position that the vehicle shall not be entirely within the area designated by the lines or markings; or
   (C)   Remove chalk lines. To remove, by any means, the chalk lines or markings made by the city or its agents for the purpose or necessity for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. Any such violation shall constitute an infraction and the same shall be assessed by a fine accordingly.
