The city or its designee shall be directed and authorized to mark off individual parking spaces in the parking zones designated and described in this chapter, and in such other zones as may hereafter be established, such parking spaces to be designated by lines painted or durably marked on the surface of the street, as prescribed in Idaho Code § 49-208(a).
