§ 71.05 U-TURNS.
   U-turns will be permitted only at the intersections of streets in the city. No U-turns shall be permitted at the intersections of alleys and streets or at intersections in the city where warning signs prohibiting the same have been posted by order of the Chief of Police with the approval of the Mayor and City Council.
