§ 52.06 BURNING; DUMPING.
   (A)   Burning. No person shall burn, incinerate, bury, dump, collect, remove, or, in any other manner, dispose of rubbish or garbage, except as hereinafter provided.
      (1)   Interior incinerator. Any person may use an incinerator in the interior of a building between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., provided such incinerator meets the requirements of the Uniform Building Code and such rules and regulations as provided by state and/or federal regulations.
      (2)   Open burning. No open burning of any rubbish is permissible, unless done pursuant to the rules and regulations of the state and the United States.
   (B)   Dumping. No person shall throw, discard, or deposit any rubbish, garbage, or refuse in or upon any street, alley, sidewalk, or vacant ground or in or upon any canal, sewer, drainage ditch, or watercourse.
