§ 51.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) The knowing violation of any provision or failure to comply with any requirement of §§ 51.01 through 51.06 shall constitute a misdemeanor, and shall be subject to a fine in the amount of $1,000, or six months in jail, or both such fine and imprisonment.
