§ 157.10 PROCEDURE FOR HEARING AND NOTICE.
   Upon receipt of a complete design review application, the Commission shall hold a public hearing, publish notice in the newspaper and give written notice to all parties as required for conditional use permits. See section 156.120 of this title.
