§ 157.04 USES PERMITTED.
   The Mountain Overlay zoning district shall be an overlay district and shall apply the requirements of the Mountain Overlay in addition to the uses and requirements contained in the underlying base zoning district.
   (A)   Single family residential use (excluding mobile homes/trailers) is permitted in the Mountain Overlay zoning district, consistent with regulations contained in this chapter.
   (B)   Any approved development shall be limited to a single-family dwelling and one approved outbuilding/garage per ten acre parcel. Setback for buildings and structures shall be 50 feet from all property lines.
