§ 156.171 ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS.
   (A)   Right to appeal. Appeals to the Commission concerning interpretation or administration of this chapter may be taken by any person aggrieved or by any officer or bureau of the legislative authority affected by any decision of the Administrator.
   (B)   Notice of appeal. Such appeal shall be taken within 30 days after the decision of the Administrator by filing with the Administrator and with the Commission a notice of appeal specifying the grounds upon which the appeal is being taken.
   (C)   Transmittal of record. The Administrator shall transmit to the Commission all the papers constituting the record upon which the action appealed from was taken.
