§ 32.19 FAILURE TO OBEY CHIEF OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.

Any firefighter who shall refuse or willfully neglect to obey any lawful order of the Chief of the Fire Department or the officer in charge thereof when at, or going to, a fire shall be deemed guilty of an offense and upon conviction shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
