§ 155.146 TRANSFER OF DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS.
   The Commission may establish procedures authorizing owners of a designated landmark, landmark site, or landmark district properties to transfer development rights in such amounts and subject to such conditions as the City Council shall determine. For the purposes of this section, DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS are the rights granted under this section respecting the permissible bulk and size of improvements erected thereon.
