§ 155.145 EXEMPTION FROM HEALTH AND BUILDING CODES.
   The City Council, in order to promote the preservation and restoration of a landmark, landmark site, or landmark district properties within its jurisdiction, may exempt a landmark, landmark site, or landmark district from the application of such standards contained in the County Health or City Building Codes, or both, as the City Council, upon recommendation of the Commission, shall determine would otherwise prevent or seriously hinder the preservation or restoration of said landmark, landmark site, or landmark district.
