(A) The City Council shall set an appellate hearing upon the appeal within 21 days of the date of the preliminary hearing if no transcript is ordered, and if a transcript is ordered, no earlier than 21 days, nor later than 45 days, from the date of the preparation of the transcript.
(B) At least seven days’ written notice shall be given to all parties of the date of the appellate hearing.
