§ 32.16 MEMBERSHIP.
   The officers and employees of the Fire Department shall consist of one Chief of the Fire Department, one Assistant Chief of the Fire Department, two captains, and one relief driver, who shall be chosen by the Chief of the Fire Department with the approval of the Mayor, and such call persons as shall be determined necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department.
