§ 32.15 DEPARTMENT CREATION.
   (A)   The City may establish a Fire Department within the city, and, if so created, the Fire Department shall be governed by the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   In the absence of an established Fire Department, the city may contract with any other state, county, or municipal agency authorized to carry out those functions otherwise contemplated of its Fire Department.
