(A) Regular meetings. The Commission’s regular meeting shall be held on the first Thursday of each month at the City Hall. Where no business is scheduled or requested to be brought before the regular meeting, the Commission Chair may cancel the meeting.
(B) Special meetings. Special meetings may be called by the Chair or at the request of a majority of Commission members for the transaction of business as stated in the call for the meeting. Special meetings may be held upon such notice as is appropriate to the circumstances, or as otherwise provided by law.
