§ 154.10 UNLAWFUL ABUSE OF TREES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally abuse, significantly damage, or mutilate any tree on any parkway, sidewalk, roadway, street, alley, or other public or private property opened to the public, or upon city property, or to attach or place any rope or wire, other than one used to support a damaged or broken tree, or to attach any electrical wire or other thing to any tree within the city limits, or to damage any tree by chopping, scraping, or by dumping near the tree any substance that can harm or damage any such tree.
