(A) Channel established through city. The channel of the stream known as Canyon Creek through the city is hereby located and established as follows, and the following lines of survey and location are hereby adopted as the lines of survey and location of the channel of Canyon Creek: Beginning at a point in the channel of the said Canyon Creek where it crosses the most northerly boundary line of the city, as located up Canyon Creek Canyon; thence south 18 degrees, 45 minutes west 495 feet; thence south two degrees, five minutes west 106 feet; thence south 33 degrees east 101.5 feet; thence south eight degrees east 131 feet; thence south 28 degrees east 280 feet; thence south eight degrees, 25 minutes west 122 feet; the south no degrees, 18 minutes west 207 feet to a point where the center of said Canyon Creek channel meets the South Fork of the Coeur d’Alene River channel.
(B) Width of channel. The width of the channel of Canyon Creek shall be and the same is hereby established at 40 feet (e.g., it shall be 20 feet on each side of the line hereinbefore described in division (A) above).
