§ 153.038 ODD AND EVEN NUMBERS.
   (A)   East and west. On streets running east and west, odd numbers shall be on the north side of the streets and even numbers on the south side of the streets.
   (B)   North and south. On streets running north and south, odd numbers shall be on the east side of the streets and even numbers shall be on the west side of the streets.
