§ 153.020 BUILDING INSPECTOR.
   The Chief of Fire District I shall be ex officio Fire Marshal and Building Inspector and shall have the authority of a police officer, and it shall be his or her duty to enforce the provisions of this chapter, and he or she shall collect all fees hereunder and pay the same into the City Treasury, and shall make a monthly report of all things done under this chapter.
