§ 153.009 FEES.
   (A)   Fees for building permits and related Building Department services shall be set by resolution of the City Council.
   (B)   Building valuation obtained from the Building Valuation Data published by the International Conference of Building Officials’ (ICBO) Building Standards magazine each year shall be used to determine valuation of construction. Such valuation shall become effective on January 1 of the calendar year following the ICBO publication.
