The Americans with Disabilities Act, part III, latest edition, being 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq., is hereby adopted by the city as an ordinance of the city as fully as if it were set forth at length herein for the purpose of the city opting into Idaho Code Title 39, Chapter 41, otherwise known as the State Building Code Advisory Act.
