(A) Adoption. There is hereby adopted for the purpose of regulating and controlling building and construction within the historical districts of the city, the Uniform Code for Building Conservation, prepared by the International Conference of Building Officials, latest edition thereof, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as an ordinance of the city as fully as though set forth at length herein.
(B) Copies on file. Three copies of the Uniform Code for Building Conservation, latest edition thereof, and as the same may hereafter be amended, duly certified by the City Clerk/Treasurer shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk/Treasurer for use and examination of and by the public.
