(A) Chapter 156 of this code of ordinances containing the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map, and subsequent amendments thereto as officially adopted by the city, shall apply to the area of city impact within the city limits of the city. However, the Zoning Ordinance, Zoning Map, and subsequent amendments thereto, as pertaining to the unincorporated area of the county, shall be subject to the county ordinances involving such matters.
(B) The county shall consult the city in those areas which may impact the city even though the area may be outside of the city limits, and the city shall be given the opportunity to contribute to any plan involving those areas.
