(A) The Subdivision Ordinance and subsequent amendments thereto as officially adopted by the city shall apply to the area of city impact within the city limits. However, the Subdivision Ordinance of the unincorporated area of the county outside of the city limits of the city shall be subject to the county ordinances pertaining to the division of original parcels of record, plat amendments, lot line adjustments, minor subdivisions, short plats, or administrative lot splits.
(B) The county shall consult the city in those areas which may impact the city even though the area may be outside of the city limits, and the city shall be given the opportunity to contribute to any plan involving those areas.
